2. Products and Services
The Career Vault offers digital career resources including PDF guides, resume templates, and a done-for-you resume rewrite service ("The Rewrite"). All digital products are delivered electronically upon purchase.
3. Digital Products — No Refund Policy
Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product that will be instantly accessible and waive any right to a refund.

4. The Rewrite Service
The Rewrite is a professional resume rewriting service. Upon purchase:
- You will receive follow-up instructions within 2–4 hours
- You must provide your current resume and target role information
- We will deliver your rewritten resume within 48 hours of receiving your materials
- One round of revisions is included at no extra cost
- Additional revision rounds may incur additional charges
Results are dependent on the quality and completeness of information provided. We do not guarantee employment or interview outcomes.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on thecareer.ca — including guides, templates, copy, and design — is the intellectual property of The Career Vault. You may use purchased products for your own personal job search. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or reproduce our products in any form without written permission.
6. Free Resume Builder
The resume builder tool at thecareer.ca/builder is provided free of charge. We do not store, save, or transmit any resume data you enter. All data exists only in your browser session and is deleted when you close the page. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from closing your browser or session expiry.
7. Accuracy of Information
Our guides and resources reflect best practices as understood at time of publication. The job market, ATS technology, and hiring practices evolve over time. We make no guarantee that any specific outcome will result from using our products.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Career Vault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
